Q: Who caters the food for the shows?
Grafton Peek Dinner Services is Catered Cabaret’s exclusive catering service provider and do an OUTSTANDING job with every meal they provide. Our patrons RAVE about “our” food!
Q: How is Seating Done?
Cabaret Club Members are seated first for every performance.
Seating is Cabaret Style so parties of one, two or three persons most often will share a table with other guests. Not too worry…many, many new friendships have been made and we promise you’ll have a great time with your new-found tablemates! The first two row of tables of dining table are VIP seating. While you cannot reserve a “specific table” – you can always request it or make any other special requests when making your reservations.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
Stage To Screen Catered Cabaret accepts: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover online and over the phone. Cash or credit card payment is accepted in person. Personal checks are never accepted.
Q: What is your cancellation/ exchange policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management.
Q: What time should we arrive shows?
To allow for a relaxed dining experience, we recommend you arrive when the doors open which is on your ticket. There is AMPLE parking so there is no need to arrive an hour or more ahead of the doors opening.
Q: Are your shows kid-friendly?
Yes! Unless otherwise noted, all of our show are family-friendly. Any show considered for Mature Audiences will be clearly indicated in the shows description.
Q: How far in advance can I make reservations?
To ensure our guests receive the best experience all around, reservations must be booked 6 hours or more in advance or Matinee and Dinner Shows. We do not accept any “walk-in” guests.
Q: Are group discounts available?
Yes! Group rates are provided for 20 or more guests. Contact the Box Office directly by calling 317.360.2733 or email; firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: How do I print my tickets from home?
Great News! You don’t need to worry about printing your ticket. Your name(s) will appear on our show manifest. All you need to do is show up and we will check you in. Pretty easy, huh?!
Q: Can I buy-out the dinner theatre for a performance for my corporate gathering or outing?
Absolutely!
